This is a scam company, ask to call back at the same number before you continue to speak with them.  Claiming they aren't selling anything and do not conform to Do Not Call registry.  They refer people to solar companies, at least that's what they say. Again, ask to call them back at the same number if you are interested.

This number calls my house every day! They never leave a message and no one ever says a word when I do manage to pick up the call! Infuriating!!!!

I get a call from this phone number everyday also.  When I answer no one is on the other line.  Out is getting really annoying.

how do we stop these phone calls?

Calls several times a day. No one is there when I answer and when I call the number back it is disconnected!

Same thing happens to me. They call every day and do not speak, silence!! I have received similar 264 numbers that end with 3106, 2332, 3227 and the same results on these calls. Once I pick up and a solar referral guy said it was not a sales call just a referral, which i did not believe.

I get multiple calls a day from 408-264-3328 on my cell, no one speaks, hang up after a couple of seconds. Includes late night calls!!!

Call almost daily, if you call back it comes up no longer in service

Have been getting calls from 408-264-3328 "Toby Kerber" for several weeks.  First time I got a real person when I picked up today.  I told him he had no business calling my number and I'm on the DNCR; he pretended not to know what that was?  Said his name is Adam West and kept calling me Alice.  Asked to speak to his boss and was told nobody was around.  He said he was calling on behalf of PG&E and the City of Santa Clara Utilities customers.  Things got heated and he told me I need to get another line because "he owns me now".  hung up on him and he called me back 5 times in under 10 minutes.
Called the City of Santa Clara Utilities and informed them that spammers were using there name to call the residents.

Action - put this information in the DNCR and *60 to block this a$$-hole going forward

Update on 408-264-3328 "Kerber Toby" now has a friend in San Diego named "Krystal Wolf" 619-216-0675.

Adam West at Worldwide Energy Center hung up on him and he called two minutes later...

Same number. Same name. Annoying calls, several times a day. Can't we report this to someone?

I am getting frequent calls from 408-264-3328, often hanging up or not connecting. When they do talk, they claim to represent PGE and become quite rude when challenged. A call back to that number gives a verizon recording that the number is no longer in use.

[WHO ARE THEY?]

408-264-XXXX Caller ID hijacked numbers. The following companies 1) to 7) are said to be associated and hired telemarketers with these scam calls. The telemarketers they hire not only hijacks private numbers but also violates several FTC laws.


[WHAT THEY DO?]

They have been calling on one of these numbers during weekdays and Sundays with average of 10 to 20 calls per day. They keep switching the last four digits repeating the same calls. The number uses the caller ID of innocent third person as a victim and pretend they are not scams. The same old method when you pick up there is no one there and hungs up. When you call back the number says it is of a terminated or disconnected line. National Do Not Call Registry means nothing to them.
