another PG&E solar call

Called, no msg.

Poses as a solar company, but it seems like the intend is to collect people's personal information for scamming/spamming purposes.

Sunnyvale CA, scammer hang-up, no mssg  Block these jerks with a call blocker machine.

Had appeared on my blocker before 9 am, so would have been blocked anyway, but because this area code is used by what I call "The Gilroy Scumbag," I blocked it already some time ago.

408-290-6928 called me with a long pause after my "Hello". I hung up as the woman was saying "Hello, hello". They need a new computer program dialer because it takes too long to identify if their is another sucker on the line.

just another scam

Called today from a different number (they keep changing the last digit), actual number is 818-275-9671 so if you call them back they trap your number on caller ID but mail box is always full.

they are spoofing  818-275-9671 when call back to the 408 # it says extension the 818 # is not available and the mail box is full.  My guess is it's full of BS but notes on the 818 # seem to lead me to believe it is another solar spammer.

Told to not call here multiple times..keeps calling.

robo person answered goes back to the 8182759671 # they call from several 'local' numbers that appear on Caller ID as 'unavailable' the numbers so far are all 408-290 and olast 4 didgets 6940, 6942,, 6934, and 6928  they want a home owner (I believe they are solar scammers) and I tell them I rent they don't want me than

Man called today and told me all about energy credits and how they will expire at M/E January, blah, blah, blah.  I told him I was not interested in solar energy.  Proceeded to tell me how he was not a salesman, but just someone who set up referrals for other companies to do an energy analysis of my house and tell me how I could save money, and you bet none of this is free.  If this is not a salesman, what is?  Same company calls using different phone numbers that are very similar.  I just keep blocking them.

As previous postings have stated it appears to be some type of solar solicitation. I keep blocking their numbers, they keep using slightly different numbers. I filed a complaint online a few days ago with the phone company, no response yet. Today I ask to be put on a do-not-call list, she said she could not do that, the calls are computer generated. I told the woman I was a renter, she hung up, maybe now the calls will stop! Very frustrating!
