Came across my phone as a text message and the Subject line read "Legal Matter" I am so sick of these scam POS's I am just forwarding on to the sheriffs office and let them hunt your scumbags down

Got a legal message as well saying they will hold my 401k, wages etc. Didn't   know I had a 401k lol. They would arrest me etc. but saying before you call me back on a registered land line do these things...etc

I got a text message from 408-329-7856 said it is the subject of an affidavit and to go to www.cloudhq.net.  Feel this may be a scam to get personal info or a type of phising scheme

Obviously a scam. You can't freeze a social security number for 7 years. What I found funny, "if you don't have an attorney the federal court will  appoint you one but make sure you have someone who can bail you out once you lose in the county court". So is it federal or county?   Lol. They should have proofread. Lol. Anyway you have to be served papers not a text. People will do anything to make a buck.

Received a text message with subject "Affidavit" and a link to .....cloudhq.net and the reply e-mail of hunningtonmichael@gmail.com.  I responded with STOP and received response that I had been unsubscribed.  I've also received threatening e-mails similar to the posts already on here.  All scams.  I have reported as phishing scams.
