stop calling!   I will not answer

On caller ID number shown was 408-675-5479 from Sunnyvale, CA, Don't bother to answer the call because no one answers.

They are continually calling us and we are on the Do Not Call Registry.  They are harrassing us!

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse.

One call Thursday, three calls Saturday, two calls Sunday. SOOOOO irritating. I didn't know the number, and they never leave a message. Thanks to this site I know now to just block them. Will post on FB, too.

Called back (*67)...  Got recorded message about how my number was randomly picked for a poll.  Then the message continues to explain how it's good to take polls so your opinions are heard by leaders and politicians, blah blah.  No mention of polling company, so I will be blocking their call.  Remember polling data can be used wisely and counter to your beliefs.

Caller's name Leonard. Said he was calling of a "survey about City of San Jose." Wanted to know my name and zip code and I stopped him and said I don't feel comfortable giving information over the phone to someone I have no idea of who they are. He said he just wanted to ask some questions that would take about 8 minutes. Asked me about living in San Jose, about the traffic, about the streets, about the trees on the streets and before he could go on I told him that was we are speaking I am checking out the phone # that he is calling from, on my computer. He hung up. I've recv'd 3 other calls from this phone number and no msgs. I also asked him in the beginning who he represented and I didn't understand/ wasn't clear what he said.

They call here often I just started screening the calls.

Pretty sure its an Indian call center and they make their number because I have found ways to screen them. Then like a game of "Whack a mole" Thy pop back up with a new number.

Many calls, no messages, no name on caller id.

Don't want calls from this # to come any more. No one responds when I answer but I can hear people in the background. Stop calling.

If I answer, they hang up. Won't leave a message. Call several times in a day.

Every night at least 4 calls, we never answer and they never leave a message, really annoying!

Multiple calls almost  every day.  When I am around, I hit the fax machine..  Not a robot sine I hear a human voice when I pick up.
