I would be suspicious of anyone who contacts you out of the blue with a short story about how she got your phone number.   Not sure I would open up any e-mail sent to me in this case.  Why take chances?  If you were selling your home, would you sign up with a total stranger who has called you from a number that other people on this thread associate with scams?  Too many red flags, eh?

Gotten calls from this number two days in a row, I don't answer and they don't leave a message.  I have been getting lot of these "unknown" and no ID calls lately.  I do not answer them.

Called 3 times in 15 minutes.  I didn't answer  will be blocking this caller.

Called me, didn't leave a message. Don't know who or why.

This is a scammer. Called back from landline and it was a fake am message. "This number is not in service. This is a recording" Just kept looping. Do these idiots really think they are fooling anyone with this kind of bs. Too funny.

They keep calling an nobody there call number back says its disconnected

Got a call from this number I answered and they hung up. Ive been getting several calls from phone numbers I dont know. I didnt answer any of them except for this one, researched all of them and this number is the only one I found that had complaints.

Called my unpublished & DO NOT CALL LIST PHONE NUMBER. Left no message.

Scam- they were trying to get personal info........................ Beware!!!!!!

They called and actually left a voice message. Not sure if they were looking for someone named Candise or was part of a company called Candise because it sounded like they said Candise Incorporated. And said it was a debt collector attempting to resolve a debt. Obviously this is a scam, since I googled the number and see all this crap on here. Also, I get a lot of scam calls for the people that previously owned the phone number I have even thought I've had this number for about 4 years so it's possible they were reaching out to scam them. Who knows, but either way, blocked.

This number came up on my phone.  They didn't leave a message.  Rang the number back 30 mins later.  Recorded message saying this number is not in service.

Called me twice on this number in a few minutes. I answered the second time and spoke only in Turkish. He knew my name.
I live in Australia and have no idea why anybody in the states would call me or have my number
