This is the Pay Day Loan scammers.  They actually left a "Holiday Greetings" message on my cell phone service, telling me I prequalified for a loan!  Yeah, right, they don't even know who was on the other end of that phone.

Called at 7:45 in the morning. Did not leave a message. Now blocked.

Called at 1031AM. Caller ID said Out of area. Left a message that I am prequalified for a payday loan. The scammers recordings don't realize they are talking to an answering machine.

8:00 am 11/30/17 - Received a call on my cell phone from 409-220-9007. Didn’t recognize number, so declined call. Recorded message left. Basically: Holiday shopping is expensive. You’re pre-qualified for payday loan up to $1,500. To receive loan go to FastPayUSA.com & enter approval code 7977.
I checked out website - just read info available w/out typing anything. Imo: using FastPayUSA is a bad idea. They claim to match borrowers & lenders. Too much info is required before that. As far as I can tell, only lenders get matching info - borrowers don’t get list of lenders to check out for themselves before making the first contact. Lenders contact borrowers first and, BEFORE LOAN APPROVAL, require bank account #s, and more personal, identifying info - sometimes Social Security# - info we all know not to give in scenarios like this.
