Portfolio Recovery. They must have 200 phone number and I block them all. They not only try to collect on outstanding balances, but also on ones that have already been paid. They are a shady company that won't leave a message, and I hear is very rude to people when you dispute their claims. It's a shady company out of Virginia, if it is their real address. Nothing else they claim seems to be impossible to verify, so who knows, maybe some oversees cons.

I didn't answer and once again they left no message. I have no idea who it is, if it really is Portfolio Recovery they are scammers because I owe nothing to anyone and never have that wasn't paid off completely and on time. Pieces of human excrement like them should be in jail.

A very shady company, they constantly harass you.  They harass you over Bill's that are paid, or they claim you have opened up an account when you haven't. They are very nasty in dealing with.  This company needs to be looked into
