Just one of a thousand numbers they use to call and harass people. This company has been finned and have judgements against  them about their business practices. They are one of the bottom feeders of debt collections

This is the 132nd number used by Portfolio Recovery.  They have called 203 times since 6/16/18.  They have never left a message.  They buy bad debts and try to collect them.  We have never had any delinquent debts nor have we received any collection letters or been sued.  Other websites say it is a robocaller.

Thus you've ignored two hundred chances to halt the skip trace calls, and up to a thou$and rea$on$ to do so via paper trail .... as I'm fairly sure you've been advised before.

I suppose PRA is a "robocaller" in the sense of reliance on autodialers. But this by no means uniquely describes companies which attract complaints to 800Notes.

"Missed" several calls from this number and a million/billion others from the same company. This is Portfolio Recovery Associates a.k.a. PRA Group. Please take 5 seconds and do a Google search on them, or search this site. They are the #1 lying, cheating, law-breaking, illegal scumbag collection agency out there. Never, I repeat NEVER give them any information or even speak to them. If at all possible, do not answer their calls, though they are calling from 1,000,000,000 different numbers. Believe me, it's difficult to do because they have, or will buy phone numbers in your local area to try and trick you into answering their calls. I screen all calls from unknown numbers using my voicemail - the age old trick of waiting to see who's voice comes out of the answering machine.  :)  I should add that PRA will never leave a voicemail.
