Called my cell. No message. Apparently "Reisterstown, MD"

Calls 3 to 4 times a day. Nobody on other end. Very annoying?

Get calls from this and other numbers, no one answers when picked up phone. Whats their purpose of call?
Marketers who want to see who picks up and who doesnt for further sales Calls? People who get a penny on the amount of calls they make but dont want to waste time for the sales talk? Just stop that [***], whoever......

No answer- no message

Google Voice identified this as a Possible Spam Call so I didn't pick up. I did call back later and there was a IVR with a woman, trying to sound like a live operator. Something about selling solar panels.

Left no message, I called back and they answered solar something or another.  The admitted they called me a few minutes ago but forgot to ask me a question. Then asked me if I was the homeowner.  I then told them I am on the do not call list, they quickly ended the call.

I got a call from this SCAMMER  trying to sell me a solar system .  The call is automated  with a woman's voice who asks you the same questions  over and over.  You can tell its automated because if you say something wrong.....it goes back to the beginning and ask the same  original questions.   The machine wants you to  say it's OK to have a  solar salesman call you  and try to SCAM you into buying an overpriced solar system  that WON'T get installed after you  give them your money.   THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.....the solar system will NEVER get installed because the Solar company doesn't exist .  It's a SCAM to get your money.
