called just now, left a message saying "hello?" with a lot of background noise

Multiple calls from this number. Upon answering, no one is there.

Upon call back, a recording says no one is there to take your call.

If you notice, they never identify themselves...that's the mark of a scam...a legitimate company would identify their business within the first few seconds of the voicemail.  Then again, a legitimate business wouldn't be making random calls to persons on the DNC list.  Block it.

Caller from this number has called several times a day for the past few days and doesn't leave a message.  I suspect that these calls could be a so-called political survey or a push poll, since it is primary season. These callers don't follow the same rules established for typical survey guidelines.

I have received several calls from this number over the past few days.  I did not answer because I did not recognize the number.  After the 5th call I finally answered and after a moment a garbled voice said something I could not understand and that was it.  Weird.  I am blocking the number.

After that first call, I got two more yesterday, and (so far) two today! (I blocked it.)
