We just had four (FOUR!!) phone calls in a row from the same guy from this number, wanting to talk to the person in charge about merchant fees. I'd tell him we're not interested and 30 seconds later he'd call back. This is a business so I can't just not answer the phone. By the fourth call I just said, "Dude, what's wrong with you? We're not buying!" and hung up hard.

This number calls daily between 10am and 10:30am and there's never anyone on the line when I answer. I finally called the number back today and it's the "Small Business Growth Alliance". I pressed "0" for operator and was hung up on. Twice.

The person refused to send any information by email because she didn't know what I would do with the information. She said she was with merchant services wholesaler and could give me better rates but I had to send her my most recent bill. No legit business requires information from a company and is unwilling to send anything about their company - that is why I suspect this to be a scam. The lady also became very rude when I started asking questions about what her company did - she said they were partners with First Data Transfer and QuickBooks which she stated were the only direct merchant service processors everyone else was a middleman.

I received another call from this number 11/15/17 - William started off saying he was from Merchant Services and said I had talked to Kendall yesterday. I told him I wasn't going to talk to him. I HATE THESE SCAMS. Today there was no name on the caller ID but the phone number on the caller ID was the same - 410-919-9362.

Multiple calls the past several days. Annoying, but, since they do not leave a message they get immediately deleted. Now I will pickup/hang if I hear the caller ID.

They called my home & since I didn’t know the #, I didn’t answer. I looked it up & found that it is this stupid place calling businesses. I’m not a business.
