Didn't answer and no message left. Caller ID said Anonymous.

Called on a Sat morning 11am went to answering machine, they left no message.

This is the 4th call I've had from "TPM ("Tea Party Majority") Fund,"--one every day for the last 4 days,  each time using a different number...which I believe is intended to defeat call blockers.

On 4/8, the number on my caller ID was 242-770-2472
On 4/9 it was 202-770-2360
On 4/10 it was443-252-8196
Today,4/11, it was 410-934-7765

I'm listing it as a political call, but I don't know whether it's really a Tea Party organization spamming my phone, or scammers pretending to be, but I'm not about to answer any of their calls.  But I expect this "caller ID roulette game" to continue all the way up to the election next Nov unless they finally figure out that I will never answer and give up.  Meanwhile, the only thing any of us can do about it is not answer, 'cuz blocking won't do any good...they'll just keep trying using different numbers.

Caller ID says TPM Fund.  I googled that and it stands for "Third Party Marketing"  so I'm assuming it's some sort of investment scam.

I was out today and when I came home, there were calls from both those numbers that you mentioned.

Caller ID shows TPM Funds. Simple research would show it's NOT the Tea Party as stated by "C" on April 11, 2015.
Third Party Marketing is a service offered by marketing firms who specialize in promoting investment opportunities offered by hedge funds. Third party marketing is important to the hedge fund industry because of the regulations that keep hedge fund managers from advertising their funds directly to investors. Third party marketers provide portfolio managers with the resources to reach out to potential investors that the fund simply would not be able reach on their own.

If the call is from "tea party majority" I would expect TPM ... if from "third party marketers" I would expect "3PM"

...but, are not most of these telepest calls lies, so you really don't know who they are?

calling any time of the day, no message ever left, we are not answering unknown phone calls.

Caller ID had no name for this #. Others here have mentioned 202 770 2472, I have received calls from that # as well. I did not answer.

I've received calls from the 202 area code all market Tea Party. The 410 number was anonymous.

It is indeed the Tea party majority.  I called the number back, then went online to their organization and requested they put me on their do not call list due to the disturbance it is causing with my 88 year old mother.  Hope it helps.  They have called MANY times.

Answered the call.  It was from the Tea Party Majority.  I ended up contributing to their organization.  Also greatly admire Ted Cruz.
