Number has called me a few times in the past two days and i've tried reaching it back, either it's busy or i get a contiuos ring.

I've received a call from this number (412.374.9148) several times, usually when I am unable to answer.  They never leave a message and when I call back there is either no reply or it is busy.  My assumption is that it is a sales call.

Our Caller ID states Telstart Corp.  They have called every day for months -- and it's almost always while we are at work.  Yesterday they called while I was home.  Pittsburgh Post-Gazette sales call.  The guy was rude.  I sent an email to the Post Gazette requesting they have Telstart remove my phone number from their calling list or I would cancel my Sunday only subscription.

How can I make this company stop calling?  They say they are from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.  If I ask them to remove my number from their calling list, do they have to remove it?

I've also started receiving the same call.  It's been two days and they don't leave a message.  I tried to call back but no one answered.  I have my number on the Do Not Call list so I'm surprised that they are calling.  HMMMM....

I've received several calls from this number(412-374-9148) on my cell phone.  The caller does not leave a message.  Each time I return the call, the phone is busy or it just rings.  It is a telemarketing company and I registered the number on the Do Not Call List at 1-888-382-1222 (or www.donotcall.gov).

This is a company that newspapers use to try and get you back to subscribing or to pay your old debt with the newspapers

As other posters stated constant calls from 1-412-374-9148.  I went to the telstart website and dialed their number.  The gentleman I spoke with was helpful and contrite.. guaranteeing that my number would immediately be removed from their call list.

I get a call from this number at least once a day on my cell.  I don't see how they have my number as it's an out of area number and I haven't provided it to any businesses since moving to Pittsburgh.

I have the same problem with this number calling me everyday. Add your cell phone to the national do not call list, www.donotcall.gov , after 30 days on the list you will be able to report them and the calls should stop. It worked for me.

This phone number 412.374.9148 called twice even three times a day for 2 or 3 weeks.  Finally I searched and it found their customer service number, 1.866.733.0851.  Telestart is the name of the company--I believe.  I requested my name being taken off the list and it worked.

I also have received numerous calls from the number 412-374-9148 at ridiculous times and no one is ever there when I answer it. I have two sick kids with pneumonia and the calls are annoyind and distracting. I called the Telestart customer service number from rjc's post. The gentleman was very nice and stated he will remove my number and he apologized for the bother. If you are getting these calls try calling 1-866-733-0851, It worked for us.

Go to the Pittsburgh Post Gazette website and call their customer service number provided.  Let them know the phone number who is calling you and the name of the company: Tel-something or other and let them know you want them to stop calling you.
They outsource to this company for some of their customer service issues, ie: collections, special promotions, etc...

I keep receiving calls from this number, 3/4 times a day.  I call back, no answer, I answer no answer.  I would like this to stop.  Could some tell me how to get this to stop?

I have been called by this number every day, several times a day at all odd hours, for the past three weeks.  When I try to call back all I get is a busy signal.

Ditto here.  Tried to contact customer service for the Telstart company via email and there was an error, so it would not send.  I called the postgazette with a lengthly complaint.  The service rep was very friendly. Hopefully, she gets the job done.

They call me several times never could get an answer i got them when i did answer never call again
