I got a call from (412)430-0225.  They wanted me to confirm personal information.  I was told I could get 50% of my electric bill money back. that it was a government program.  When I said I had never heard of it and that I would not confirm information over the Phone they hung up on me.

Got a call from this same number, said my name, and when I said hello? they hung up, when i called the number back it said the number was not in service?????? Wtf

This number repeatedly calls my home phone and hangs up! Why can they do this???
