The number keeps calling me telling me to stay on the line and wait for the next worker to answer

This # left me a voice message that said " This is UPMC Business Office please call 412-430-3794. This is not a medical emergency.

These people called me just now. We're in a pandemic, for God's sakes!!
The message said, "this is PNC business office. This is not a medical emergency. This is UMPC. This is not a medical emergency. Please call..." How can you be both. Scam!!!

"This is the UPMC Business office. Please give us a call back at 412-430-3794. This is not a medical emergency"

Automated call regarding a hospital bill. Upmc shows on the caller ID through Pittsburgh. Tried to speak to a representative but nothing happened. Called the hospital directly. They have no medic bills on file for us or payments due. Tried calling this number back directly and it sure seems legit. It has the, ”you can view your bill and make payments directly at”… the official billing website. I have an old bill in front of me and that’s the website. But I’ve been on hold waiting for the next available representative for 15 minutes. So I honestly don’t know what to think.
