Call came from this number, did not answer.  Got a vm, 25 sec.  15 sec were blank, then a robotic voice said 'Janet, Janet, are you there?' then hung up.

Call from this number this afternoon -- no message.  Caller i.d. read "PIC."

Called, left no vmail.  Will block.

Calls my cell phone every day despite DoNotCall list complaints.

answered. clip of a recording played for 1 sec and hung up. they've called before and get new numbers. blocked them 3 or 4 times. blocked them again. callback gets you a bot that tells you to press one to be removed. bet that works real good.

Called my house phone.  I do not answer unknown numbers.

I receive too many calls from this bogus number.  I never answer them and no message is ever left.

I've been getting about two calls from this number every day lately. Sometimes caller ID says PIC and sometimes it says Public Interest, but they are the same number.  I few times I picked it up and said hello, but no one answers immediately so I hang up.  Usually I just ignore call.

Calls to land line. No message. Unknown. Looks like others have received too.

I got 2 calls today with no one on the line!  I called the number back and got a recorded message that if I wanted my phone number removed to "press 1".  I did - do not know if I will, indeed, be removed, but it's worth a shot!!!!

I just wanted to let you know that I've read on  Facebook that question are you there that you should never answer because they record your voice saying yes.

I am also on national do not call list , but this means nothing to them!

They started calling yesterday, that I noticed anyway, and called again today.  I don't answer calls I don't know.  Caller ID said PIC.  I hate repeat callers.  Might have to block them.
