This is a sophisticated system that calls.  You think that the person calling is real, but it is not.  It knows the word no and yes and other specialty words.

I get a call from this number every day and no one is there when i pick up...

Got a call from this number. After reading the above comments I am glad no one said anything when I answered. We get these calls from time to time. Always a call, and then no one says anything. It's quite annoying, especially during a rush. (Coffee shop.)

There is no Do Not Call List / Laws that cover businesses... That is only for Residential Phones... However any good call center would respect a business owners wishes and not call them back.

Got call from this number at 10 AM on our business phone line. Caller ID said Service Call. RIght away, don't bother to answer. Getting more and more obnoxious phone spam but am also ignoring phone calls more often. If it don't ring a bell then don't answer. Look phone number up on Google. If it happens to be a "good" caller, then call them back.

Just got the same call. A guy asking for the owner. Do not give you information to these callers.

The caller from 412-430-5549. Just called and ask for the owner and go upset when I did not reply.

I receive 2 or 3 of these calls almost daily. I work in a home office for a company out of state. The number (412) 430-5549 just called. It was a robo-call so I hung up before getting any information, however, it had to do with money or loans for the company I work for.

If an actual person answers, they always ask for the owner. Most are robo-calls and I hang up immediately. If you get a call with no one there, if you say hello or speak then someone in the 'boiler room' will typically pick up. Don't say anything, just hang up.

I'm also on the Do Not Call registry and do not want these bozos calling me. I guess the system doesn't work anymore because I'm just getting bombarded. Being in sales and it's hard not to answer a call. I wish there was a way to stop all of the solicitations.

"Kate" called our business, asked to speak with the owner and when I said no, she hung up. I dialed the number back, and it rings with no answer. The caller ID said "Service1Call", so clearly a scam, as others have reported a different name on their caller ID.

These types of calls are ALL VIOLATIONS. The problem is that FCC doesn't enforce its rules, shut them down and levy a heavy fine! Hence, we are reduced to discovering 800-notes and telling each other about these stupid calls.

Too bad the FCC doesn't read 800notes.

CallerID indicates "SERVICE1CALL".  Didn't answer since number is clearly not local.  Caller left no voice message.

Records above indicate worthy of a permanent block, since we're a "do not call" participant and they're stupid enough to violate that.

Are you the owner? I said no, he is on the phone, can I take a message? Then they hung up. I AM SO SICK OF THESE CALLS. We get multiple calls daily. Who actually buys what they are selling? They must be profitable in some way if they keep it up. I report all of these numbers and nothing is helping.

Call from 1-412-430-5549 with a Caller ID reading SERVICE1CALL.

She is greeted with our company greeting, she then responds with "Can I speak with the Owner" We asked
"What is this in regards to?" She immediately responds with an irritated sound in her voice "ITS THE BANK!" We respond, "With which bank?" she responds with "ELITE BANK!"
At this point we know we have no business with this bank, and we tell her that we don't know any name of bank by that name, and we don't like Fraudulent calls at our business.
She hangs up after this.

This company is obviously soliciting some kind of unwanted business.

they call and ask for the owner and when i inform them i'm the manager they hang up without even having the courtesy to say goodbye.

When this call came in, I didn't answer it, but the strangest thing, it said on the ID service right under the phone number - NOT IN USE.  They left no message.

I keep getting calls from these people asking for the owner and then hanging up- This time the called ID showed "not in use"- I am sick and tired of getting these calls

These idiots are not only blocked, I have BLOCKED THE ENTIRE 412 AREA CODE!!!
