??Who is this.. No message no nothing..

On 13 AUG 2012 I found a robo call from this number on my message machine which claimed to be from Group Health (I am a GH member), knew my first and last name, and directed me to phone 1-855-364-5954 for 'important health information.' According to this site, that number is outside US, UK, AU and CA.

Received call from Group Health 412 723 5898.
Did not answer because I know the numbers of Group Health here in Washington.
Waste of my time to pick up that phone call.

I also got one of these.  since I go on Medicare soon, I wondered about that.  I advise you contact GHC and the Washington State Insurance Commissioner to let them know about this.  GHC's system could have been hacked.  In the message I just got, they knew my primary physician's name, but when I contact them, they knew nothing about it.

We have received two calls from area 412-723-5898 over the past few days purporting to be from Group Health. They mentioned my wife by name and said to call 855-364-5954. She is on Medicare. We haven't contacted Group Health about it yet but it does appear to be a scam.

I work for Group Health Customer Service. This phone number is from Eliza, a company we partner with to make outbound reminder calls to our members. In this case, the call is made to female Group Health members age 50-69 who have not had a mammogram in the past 2 years. This is a reminder call. When you call the number back (1-855-364-5954), it asks to verify your name and phone #. Once you have verified your information, you are transferred to our mammogram screening center to schedule your appointment.

So sorry for any confusion. This is not a scam. Please call customer service if you have any questions or concerns. 1-888-901-4636 for Non-Medicare Members, or 1-888-901-4600 for Medicare members.
