What did they say, I missed the call and a recording comes on saying "your call can not be completes as dailed"    what is it for?

Fedex?  They leave no message how did you know?  I tried to call back alos and got the recording that it couldn't be comleted.

Might make sense being fedex, I just sent them an email looking for my package that was shipped on nOV 12TH 2008 AND TODAY IS dECEMBER 1ST!!!!  i CAN SEE WHY PEOPLE pay SO MUCH FOR THEIR superior service...that was sarcasm!

They called my cell phone. I called FedEx and they confirmed they called with a recorded message. Perhaps the recorded message was short and ended before voicemail picks up.

this is the # that shows as the outbound # for the fedex sales office in pittsburgh. i called fedex because i'm tired of being ripped off by ups and i got a call from this #. it was a sales rep who helped me out and now i do all of my ebay shipping with fedex!
the # that shows up on caller id isn't a direct #. this is why others haven't had any success calling it back. each rep must have their own extension.

i also got called by them repeatedly but avoided the call.  after reading these posts i answered and the salesman offered me discounts, which ups never did and showed me where ups hides charges on my invoice. he even gave me his cell number.  i dont even know who my ups rep is.

Fedex called yesterday and came with a sales pitch....it was good. I have an account with them and they were wanting to know why i wasn't using it. Long story short..discounts were given and I'll be using them from now on.

I just signed up for a fedex account through a sales rep I know locally, so this makes sense.

This was a FedEx call. I had some fraudulent charges against my company credit card, and reported them to my bank.  The bank reported them to FedEx as being fraudulent, but only credited some of the charges.  They were calling to try to get my company to pay for the remainder of the charges.  I informed them of the fraud, and the steps I took to correct the charges, and they informed me that the remainder of the charges would be accredited to my account.

This number goes to a recording of Fedex and keeps calling me. I have called them and then have no record of it or do not why it was calling me.

Received a call from this number at the office that went to voice mail before I could pick up.  No message left --- whomever phoned hung up.  Had contact last week re business account with FedEx.

Just a call from FedEx thanking me for opening an account online with them when I answer using an automated recording.

It was just fedex recording thanking for your business.

It was a recorded message from FedEx at 8:00 am.  The first part of the recording was cut off because my voicemail doesn't start recording until after my announcement message.  The balance of the incoming message suggests it was a thank-you for my opening an account recently.  It's probably an automatic verification that the phone number I gave is valid.

I have never had trouble with either UPS or FedEx.  I prefer FedEx.  I did receive this number today.  It called my cell, but no message.  It must have stopped before my welcome message stopped.  Thanks for helping me find out who it was.  :-)

I also just signed up for a FedEx account and received a call from this number, which is fine. The problem? They called at 7:02 IN THE MORNING!!! Obnoxious.

yes, I also got a call at about 7AM, that doesn't make good business!!!!!!!!  FedEx, let us wake up first before you start calling our phones!  I didn't get any recording, think that to be clear they ought to ensure the recording is made for everyone, don't understand why that is messed up?  Its, FedEx, come on, spend the money on a better phone system, also change calling time.

Received a call from this number as well.  They lefy an automated message just stating FedEx called.  I returned the call because I thought there was a problem with my delivery.  Nope!  They just called to say that the package would be delivered that day.  That's all.  I thought it was an odd, but appreciated call.
