Same damn thing happened to me this week.  Paid $500 for meds never got, then received call from "FDA" and was told to pay $2000 to Western Union under a private name in the DR in order to avoid have "cars come to my home and pick me up and take me to jail."  This 800Notes Service saved me the $2500 (wish I had checked before I paid the $500 however).  Hope this note helps somebody else.  They are convincing on the phone - but don't be fooled!!!

Do not pay any way other than Visa, if order is not received in 2-3 weeks, contact fraud, document everything.  Let callers know you will stop payment on visa.  Do not pay any other way, or you will not receive anything.
