same message (robocall) just different numbers from different cities-did not answer

We got a call from this number yesterday at 12:58 pm. The caller ID was SPAM? ADAMS MA, and it was blocked by our call blocker. Due to numerous such calls, all from area code 413 with the 749 exchange (413-749-####) are blocked. When I called back anonymously I heard a recording that it was a company which helps raise money for charities and adds that charities are exempt from the Do Not Call Registry. A call blocker is well worth the cost to avoid these nuisances.

Long pause and then a woman says Hello this is Elizabeth Parker. How are you doing today? I said what do you care and she said good-bye and hung up.
