Caller ID comes up "Unavailable". When answered, could hear "boiler room" of many voices in background. Heavy accented female asked to speak to "da owner". When asked what call is regarding she states "credit card processing".  Then claimed to be from "local" Merchant Services.  Amazing she's local in a completely different area code and didnt know the owners information or the contact name that really handles the accounts.

Got a call, could barely hear or understand the caller. Claimed to be from a "Merchant Services" regarding credit card processing of some sort, if I'm correct. Asked to speak to an owner of the business or someone in charge of credit card services. Fairly heavy accent and somewhat broken english. My company does not use any service called "Merchant Services" or anything remotely close to that name. Likely a scam caller.

Caller ID came up as "UNKNOWN" but showed the phone number as 414-261-0879. Male with mumbled and very heavy accent asked to speak with the owner. When asked who was calling and what the call was regarding he said "Nevermind" and hung up. This is a number that constantly calls the business so I recognize it - they claim to be Merchant Services regarding credit card processing.

Lots of noise on call, sounds like a boiler room.  Asking for the owner of the business.

Called our business and did not say a word.  Please stop wasting people's workday time.

Calls our office daily and hangs up.  When I call number back it says this number is not in service

A woman called our office with a heavy Indian accent, with local number showing of 414-261-0879. Very similar numbers call our office multiple times a day.  Background noise always sounds like a call center.  Scam likely.

Why do they just keep calling?  Stop - we know you're a scam, your autodialer doesn't work, and we can hear the entire call room when your phone does pickup.

cam claiming to be "merchant services" verifying a purchase for $1500.  Wanted to get the credit card number... lame.  Heavy Indian Accent.  Lots of noise in the background... so using a very cheap headset with no noise reduction.

A person called from a boiler room. Lots and lots of noise.  Could not understand her or what
she wanted.  Scam Suspicion.

Caller stated merchant services credit card processing for businesses. Told them business doesn't accept credit cards. Very pushy.

This phone number repeatedly calls our business several times a day.  In the background is a very loud Indian call center.  They woman comes on and says "Can you hear me".  Uses the same number each time they call.

Calls every day of the week.  Sometimes several times a day.  It is an obvious call center trying to sell something for an unscrupulous company, with personnel that we can barely understand when they speak.  Permanently blocked.

These people won't stop calling no matter what you tell them.

If you are on the DNC list, do report the number although with scammers, it won't help.  In addition to blocking the number, reporting the number to your carrier as SPAM should keep it from ringing through although it may still be able to access your voicemail.  Here's some info from the FTC:
