I constantly get phone calls about my car's warranty expiring....even though that's a complete lie I wonder why is my number being used...my guess that this is random but its very annoying.

When you call a valid number and get a "no longer in service" message, it is usually a fake copy recorded from the phone company.  Most digital phone services offer this fake message to discourage spammers. You can also record it directly to your answering machine and then select outgoing message only, no incoming messages allowed.

If this is a telemarket scam, then why does calling give a "not in service" recording? Stupid way to get business if they can't even answer to take an order!

First time they called me, I put them on my block list. Hopefully I don't get anymore calls from them.

SOOOO  irritating.  I'm really pissed now.  they keep calling every week several times.  I can't believe anyone would fall for this.  Someone stop them!

It was relater to Extended Auto warranty stuff, I never knew I had this on my car :-)) .. when I said my car was not worth the BIG money..the fellow was "kind of" rude, and the call ended there. :-)

some call i got it on my cell about 2:26 and my sis got about 4:18 then i decided to call back,but i got a " this # is no longer in service.

called and hung up. Weird.

I just had a missed call at 9:30pm est. If it's really Oak Creek, WI they're calling WAY past normal biz hours. Does anyone have any clue what this is all about? It's happening more frequently and I don't think it's by mistake. Someone above said they had a call through DSL and another w/ an iPhone. I have an iPhone as well and my other cell doesn't receive these calls. I have also received the calls about my "factory warranty about to expire" and my car is a 2007!

Someone, please, I'm not crazy... I think these people are getting some kind of information. It's freaky, odd and totally unexplained, smells like conspiracy to me. Big brother?

Came on my cell phone.  I tried to call this idiot back on my home phone.  I blocked my number and the other party's phone rang a couple of times and then a recording came on to say that the number had been disconnected and was no longer in use.  How are these people getting cell phone numbers?  I give mine to no one.

Looked it up and found Robert Ostoich (414) 302-9626 6930 S 20th St,Oak Creek, WI 53154. When you enter the address into Google is shows that the address reached USPS.

called cell phone checked here and didn't answer.  No message left.   It's puzzling how they are getting cell phone numbers for these car warranty scams.  The only time I give my cell number out was when getting an oil change or other auto work so they could call me when it was done.  I wonder if they sold my info?

I just got a call from them as well and googled the number. I hope that this is the first and LAST call

Same here, I live in Dallas and on my cell phone I get this number w/NO MESSAGE. I've learned NEVER to pick up my phone unless I KNOW who's calling!!
