I answered the call and the robo woman with an English accent wanted to "help" to lower the interest rates on my credit cards.

SCAM!!!

Receive calls on my cell phone from the number often and I never answer because I don't know who would call me from it.  I never get a voicemail, so I know it's garbage/scam!

Answered the call and man robot said it would forgive my student debt.  I wish!

robo call.. saying I qualify for student debt forgiveness ... came in on my cell phone

Same as Kathy's call (above) - Robo-call about student debt forgiveness which I got on my cell phone. Hell, I haven't been to college in 50 years!

If you do have student loans through Great Lakes and a few others, there are new guidelines and etc that require them to reach out to their customers.  I don't think this is it though because I got the real automated call weeks ago. I'd say don't answer it

Blocked this number so they won't bother me ever again.

Junk call from some idiot, but no message left. Landline, Greenfield, WI. Morons that call and then hide.
As with above, blocked number so not to be bothered.
