Number called twice. did not pick up calling from san francisco. called back number and all of a sudden its "disconnected"

Several calls, over a few weeks, from very similar numbers. One finally left a robo-message saying something about an assessment. It then said I could press three to be removed from the list. I sent them right the BlockParty.
