- Jim HudsonIRS scam call.
- Caller: Unavailable on ID
- KevinI've received multiple calls and voicemails from this number. Each time it is addressed to a different person and sometimes they represent themselves as an IRS agent and other times as a lawyer. The voicemail messages have a thick (Indian?) accent.
Don't give them any information, they are clearly phishing for personal information.- Caller: Fraud / Scammer
- DanaComputer recording on my voice mail. Claims to be IRS agent. Scam.
- JayMan Identified himself as Sam ______-. Could not understand him. States wanted information about my attorney that he was from IRS___. Called back and did not answer. Most likely a fake
- Dennis| 1 replyJulie Smith left message that she was from the IRS and return her call before she take action. 415-234-9635
- Joe| 1 replyI got one supposedly from Officer Julie Smith, claiming to be from the IRS, and that I should return the call immediately. I bet it's the same one Dennis (other post) got. The IRS says they contact by mail, not phone.
- sandrasomeone called from this number stating that i owed 6000 for tax fraud and the sherrif was coming to arrest me.
- ymamaVery thick indian accent that they are getting information for IRS. Given that I am a CPA I knew this was NOT the IRS. Do not give them information.
- heavenlyReceived a message from Sam Taylor in a thick accent that also sounded electronic. Stated I must call back before legal action is taken regarding IRS taxes. Scam.

- Call type: Debt collector
- santaclaus| 1 replyGot a call from 4152349635 say ing it was internal revenue service julie smith called said call before they take action
- Not fooledCall stating, "You or your attorney of record need to return this call. The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive. I am officer Julie Smith from internal revenue service [IRS]. The hot line to my division is 415-234-9635 out of peak is 415-234-9635 dont disregard this message and do return this call before we take any action against you. Good buy and take care." Very digital sounding voice of female. Reminds me of calls from "Steve Martin" the strong accent from India from both 727-302-1145 and 530-532-2612. Bunch of bull. Try to block these numbers if you have that service. It works for a few months but it can just cause them to change the number they are calling from.
Not fooled. Dont you be either.- Caller: iRS
- M.CageI got a call from this number too and when I answered it was an automated voice message stating that it was the IRS with time sensitive information. When I called back, an Indian man answered. I told him to take me off his [***] calling list.
- Caller: SCAM/ Fake IRS
- Call type: Prank
- lwThese scam artist are bottom fishing for a sucker. They have called our number twice today with exact message verbatim and sounds like a computer generated message.
1.They called from a number that was not an 800 number and their call originated from San Francisco, California.
2. if they were the real IRS they would have you call back on an 800 number.
3. The caller ID would show either a federal government ID or an IRS id.
4. If you have any doubts call you local IRS office and tell them what is happening.
5. Do not give these people any information I repeat NONE!- Caller: nknown scam artist
- db who's Fed Up w/ Being Fed UP! (c)
Received two calls today [ actually 3 as one came up as 'missed call' ] from this number... left msgs. similar or same as noted by 'Not fooled'.
Just git added to my Selective Fwd'n List.
While these scumbags can spoof the CID numbers, they can't spoof their 'return call' numbers and actually get any response in order to carry out their scheme so one must presume they're actual numbers that should be traceable by LEOs. However when I called to tell them to F'OFF, I got 'The person you called is unavailable, please leave a msg.' Then with just enough time to tell 'um to F'OFF, but then it says the 'inbox' is full and call back later to lv a msg... strange... if the original robo call doesn't allow personal contact and calling the numbers they ask you to call, how do they get anything from you...

- Art Price replies to DennisGot same message, Call back has all circuits busy.
- Art Price replies to JoeAgreed. I sent an email to the actual IRS regarding the issue. I imagine they are aware if it. Told my wife not to bake a cake with a file in it just yet.
- Art Price replies to santaclausThe government going after Santa too. Sounds like a Scam from India or perhaps the Grinch.
- Im EntertainedIRS scam call
I waiste all of these callers time.
If I can press a 1, I do. I tell them my grandmother would like to talk to them. I tell then to please be patient with her as she is hard of hearing and is very lonely, and very slow to talk.
This usually can last 1-3 mins before they hang up.
I am easily entertained.- Caller: Scum Sucking Scammer
