Either contact your telecommunications provider for assistance in blocking the calls or invest in a device which can be programmed to automatically reject unwanted calls.

I've rec'd 9 calls in the last 24 hours from this same person. He leaves a message from EZ Cash loan place asking to call back and you can't understand through his thick accent. I have filed a complaint with the FCC. I hope they will do something. I too, have not applied for any loans, actually in years. He is also calling from 858-623-5577 which comes up on my phone as a San Diego number... Something needs to be done to this guy to stop him from calling us.

I will contact my provided and block calls from both numbers. Thank you. I tried to do that through my phone but didn't think about going through the carrier.

Another person harassed by this company.  Got the John Robinson loan message everyone else did - 7+ times per day.  I called them back and told them I want off their list.  The Indian woman on the line told me they would, and of course I am still getting calls.  These scammers need to be stopped!!

Total scam, of course, but after getting multiple calls from these dumbasses I texted them, telling them not to call anymore, and so far they haven't!  Pleasant surprise.  Hope they rot.

I applied for a personal loan online and received many calls back from different #'s this is the one that I worked with.  They approved me for a $5000 loan and for me to receive the funds of course I had to give my checking account info.  Normally I wouldnt do this but since I initiated the request I went ahead and did this.  Then I had to provide my bank card # to them for the payments to be auto debited according to the agreement.  The funds have never been deposited and everytime I call they say "Oh well it should be by 8 am tomorrow"  They are a scam and now I have even more problems.  BIG MISTAKE, BIG BIG MISTAKE....AND I DONT KNOW WHAT COUNTRY THEY ARE IN BUT THEY SURE ARENT IN CALIFORNIA NONE OF THEM SPEAKS GOOD ENGLISH..AND YOU CAN HEAR ALOT OF OTHER WORKERS ON THE PHONE IN THE BACK GROUND SCAMMING OTHER PEOPLE!

They manager Adam, doesnt even know the address for the company and supposedly I insulted him by insisting for the address when they have been so gracious as to extend me an offer for $5000 loan and got very angry and never would give the address of where they are in California and after 2 minutes of saying how insulted he was finally said they were in San Fransisco...but I know they are NOT!  THIS IS A FRAUDULANT SCHEME TO GET YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION AT ALL!

Ask them for their company name and address.....and they will hang up and not call again!

Received same voice mail regarding pre approved loan. I called back adked for John Robinson. I was he was busy I said ai eould hold. Was told They will remove my number ftom call list then quickly hung up on me.

Best course of action is to change phone #, if you cannot due to association, then you can save their numbers into a Call Blocker App, look them up, good luck.

Caller claims they are with Cash Advance and need to talk to me because they need some additional information for the $5,00 cash advance I was approved for. I DID NOT APPLY FOR ANY SORT OF LOAN ANYWHERE. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Will not answer next time they attempt to call.

6.    If you receive a call from someone with an Indian accent either a.  threatening you or b.  offering you something, you know it’s a scam and you should hang up immediately.
7.    These people are predators, the calls are not random, they have information that they have bought from various sources and know your financial history.  If you have ever taken out a pay-day loan, they have all your information.  They know who they are calling.  They like to pick on women, single mothers, the elderly and members of the immigrant community. Also, those who might be in financial difficulty.

I had invested  too many payments and to  prove and to corporative with them when I refuse to give them any more money they  say I am not getting my money back and when I talk to management I was told they  didn't have time to deal with customers, definitely unprofessional and  when I said  i was going to talk with my attorney I was told that by management  that they didn't care , cause they had recorded their converstaions and  that  they didn't care if  I called the fbi and such , then  said I was corporating , and I  didn't want a dam loan , so  I am sscrewed out of my hard  earned money  I guess I learned  hard lesson, is their any one who  knows how I can get this back also  they  will call from a number 415-287-4499 DO NOT DO  BUSINESS WITH  THIS COMPANY IF IT IS EVEN A  COMPANY... I got a call from the number +415-287-3234. My phone warrior said is generated from Switzerland. It is a fraud!!!!

I am ready to pull out the land line. Other than the VA all we get are these damn scam phone calls. I had a voice message left on my Comcast voice mail about being pre approved for a $5,000.00 loan. We don't need the money. My husband has been trying to re-fi the house and get a VA loan but we certainly don't need money for that. I called the number that was left on the voice message and got some very English sounding lady saying the person was unavailable and to leave a message. I said go to hell and hung up the phone.Now has anyone bothered to report this scam to the FTC? I intend to send a copy of the voice mail to them. Without a physical address doubt it will do any good. I'm beginning to think these people are not located in California as the voice mail indicates. I think the name John Robinson is fictitious. I mean come on...John Robinson? Can you say Lost In Space? It's a characters name from a Sci Fi show of the 60's created by Irwin Allen. Maybe this Indian sounding guy likes Lost in Space so that's why he picked the name. I mean Will Robinson would have been a little too obvious. I'm not calling this a telemarketer because I think the whole thing is nothing but a scam.
