IRS scammer. Synthetic type recorded voice. Phony IRS " Officer Nicki Johnson" I blocked her yesterday and today she's back calling from a new number.

IRS Scammer ... made call to a cell phone... Obviously it is fake .. Same story as BOB

Scam phone call, states calling from the IRS, also made to my cell, I am reporting to local agent

I called them back and asked that my number be deleted from their call list and they hung up on me.

The irs doesn't make phone calls; they send inquiries via us mail. I wonder what info the caller asks for when contacted. Anybody?

What they want is to extort money from you! In every single thread I've read, they tell you that your going to be arrested and owe big $$ . That you have defrauded the the IRS on back tax returns.

Report the Calls to the real IRS here:

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
