LOTS of background noise! Calling from a call center! Do not even waste your time answering the phone!

I agree with Jess, don't waste your time answering. I receive multiple calls a day at work from this number and there is only dead air on the other end. If you attempt to call the number back you get a recording saying "the number you have dialed is no longer in service". Call center spoofing numbers.

Unrecognized number. Left no message. Blocked

No answer when I picked up.

Another bogus call of spam. I don't answer but they leave background noise on my recording. Burned yet another calorie checking on an unwanted call. Good weight management program!

Received another call at work today and actually got a live person this time.  After a long pause, the caller stated that he was calling from KOIT (very loud call center) and said that they were having a contest to win $1,000 Workday Bonus with 96.5 KOIT just for listening and asked "How does a thousand dollars a day sound, does that sound good?" Without saying 'YES', I asked the caller to tell me more about the contest and he proceeded to confirm my Company's name and address to which I replied "that is correct'. The caller then asked for my first and last name and saying that if my name is mentioned on air, all I would have to do is to call within 10 minutes to claim  $1,000. I told the caller that I wasn't interested and ended the call. Now - I know that this is a valid contest because I heard play on air it at my dentists office, but SINCE WHEN do Radio Stations cold call any Company for a change to give YOU money for entering.

These guys are selling my number as an active line. Now I get so many calls from businesses. Should be against the law......

Called our office, and got upset when I told him, he was calling a government hotline for veterans, and had no time or interest in his $1,000.00 scam. As I hang up the phone, I heard him mumble  something about him hoping I was rich, because I was turning down this free money, lol. I am not rich, but what genuine radio station will call a veterans counseling hotline and jam up their phone lines to promote themselves?
