received a call on saturday inquiring if i wold like to attend school

They make the call and then say nothing....  It is ingoing.... When you return call as others similar in the past, you get a recording and press 1 to be removed...  Can this be stopped?  How do they get your number if you have not posted it? Could it be from the previous owners of the phone number?

got a call from this number, my wife cussed the woman out. she called back twice to threaten us from a private number. cussed her 2 more times on those calls to really make her mad.

They called and asked if I was available. When I asked who was calling (because I don't know people from CA) they said they'd call back later.

keeps calin me even after i pressed 1 to remove my number from their call list... just contact your cell phone provider and let them know about the number and thay will make shure thay stop bugin you... had the same problem wen i was with at&t. thay helped me. but now have verizon. thay wont do crap...

Keep getting calls from this number, but I never pick up. Does anyone know where this number is calling from or how to stop them from calling?

i called them back just now. it's a recording saying, "thank you for calling merchantservice.net we are sorry if you didn't recognize our number, please hold..." and then i hung up. it's junk.

I called back on another number. It's about furthering your education. Someone already said that on this blog. I called back the number and a automated message prompted me to their main menu. I selected option #1 and had my number removed. The automated message came back after a few minutes and confirmed that my number has been removed from their list.

Its the NSA and Homeland Security.

They have been calling me too. Just called back and it is a cold call for continuing your education. There was a prompt to be put on the no call list. Well see if this works.

I have been receiving calls from this number on my cell phone but they haven't left a message.  I called the number back from a different number, it's an educational sales company.  I was given the chance, by pressing 1, to get my number removed. I put in the number they were calling and after less than a minute's time the recording came on advising that my number will be removed.
