Have received 3 calls from this number with no messages left

Caller ID said "San Francisco CA."  After answering, the male voice said that he was calling regarding a debt reduction plan for Women Get it Free.  (That was some online thing that I had come across a few months ago and now many different companies contact me for things I do not desire.)  I told him I wasn't interested.  He said, "You still have credit card debt though, right?"  I replied that I was not interested.  He said, "You know who we are calling from though, right?"  I again repeated that I was not interested and asked if he could place me on their do not call list.  He replied, "No I won't."  I replied, "You won't?  Then I need to speak to a supervisor."  There was no reply.  No dial tone, nothing.  After I said, "Hello?  Hello?" a few times, I hung up.  I called the number back, using *67.  An automatic message said that I can reached the removal line for debt reduction and asked me to enter the 10-digit number that I wanted removed from their system, which I did.

I just got the same call and couldn't understand the person. It was almost like they were on a speaker phone with the wind blowing behind them. They hung up, I called back and got an automatic removal line for some debt reduction company. So I put my number in and it said that I would be removed, Thank you. Hopefully it works. Thanks for the heads up.
