To date, I've received two messages from this number.  The first time was around 8:30-AM on a SATURDAY.  The second time the message came through; I listened all the way to the end to see if there was an opt-out.  There wasn't.  

After the message finished, I then pushed the number to connect to an operator to explain that I wanted off the list.  She hung up on me.  

I don't know what this company is trying to accomplish with this SPAMMING, but I'll never use them because of these aggressive techniques and poor customer service.  They should advertise like everyone else.

I had a missed call from this number just now as well--looks like I'm not alone.

Just got the message from this number too!  I filed a complaint as well..."file a complaint at www.donotcall.gov"

Caller rang my cell phone, did not leave message.

Same as everyone else. On the cell phone, twice, when I was in an important meeting. If I can somehow get the owner's home phone number.... lol

Same as most..... a call and no message...how the hell did they get my cell phone number anyway?

I think it's these guys again.  The were hit for a do-not-call violation in Idaho (posted elsewhere on this board https://800notes.com/articles/News.aspx/0bC-RMEWNwCoTgjJfI3MaA).  The "Hi, this is Diane" is still the catchphrase.

They must franchise because they've popped up in a bunch of area codes it looks like from other posts.

Received this call on my cell phone with an annoying telemarketing message about carpet cleaning. When I pressed 1 "to make an appointment" someone answered "Carpet Care." I said I'd just received a telemarketing call .... and the person on the other end apparently hung up immediately. (They would not respond to any questions or inquiries.) Into the silence I said to take my number off their list. I now almost wish I had pretended that I wanted an appointment and that I'd given them a phony address or whatever.

just got a call from Diane carpet cleaner too! on my cell! and my cell is registered on the do not call list. tried calling Diane back, but only getting a busy signal

got a call on my cell from Diane from Carpet Care. my cell is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry since Oct 2007 and should not be receiving solicitations. i tried calling this number back, but just get a busy signal.

Adding myself to this one... phone rang, saw the number, answered it. I said "hello" twice and then the call disconnected. A quick googling of the phone number brought me here.

Just missed a call from this number and it said it was Diane from Carpet Care.
I redialed it and I got a busy signal.

Just got a call today, listened for an official name of the business until they asked me to push "1" to make an appointment. When I let it sit for 5 seconds without pushing "1," the automated system hung up on me.

This was on my cell phone.

I have gotten over 8 calls from this number over the past 6 weeks. Does anyone know where they come from or how to stop it.
They are always telling me that my car isurance is about to run out (I dont even have a car)

Monday 10:40AM.  Received a call on my cell phone from 415-373-0664. My cell phone number is in the DNC registry.  The pitch was a pre-recorded message from "Diane" selling carpet cleaning services.  Googled the number and found this thread. I pressed "1" to set up an appointment and got connected to a live person. When I inquired what for the name of the company that was calling me.  They hung up.  Busy signal when tried to call them back.

somehow got both my business cell phone number and my unlisted home phone; this is clearly a spamming situation.  The company should be prosecuted
