Fraud

Just received the same phone call, said they were calling from the Dept. or Treasury. read some long spiel about they have been trying to contact me about fraudulent taxes, and I need a criminal criminal lawyer, and the IRS is listening and is on their way to my house.  When I told him he didn't speak very good English, he hung-up on me

I recieved basically the same message on my answering machine. Heavily accented, from the 'Department of Legal Certs'. Also advised I needed a criminal attorney, etc. will not be returning the call

Same number...the person said they were calling from Illegal Affairs, then add something else... I could barely understand their English, an also said that I need it and attorney to solve this problem as well.
Non-credible.

Heavily accented person said they were calling from "Department of Legal Services" and that someone was taking legal action against me. Said I should call them or find legal representation.

"Ricky Stevens" from the "Department of Legal Affairs" - said I need a criminal attorney and wished me a blessed day.  I'll be calling our local police.

My local police said I was their third call today about this number.  It's an offshore calling center running a scam that preys on older people.

I received a call regarding legal action that has been taken against me and was told I needed to contact this number urgently unless I wanted to become involved in a big legal mess.

I received the same message.. Called it back and a machine said they were closed.. The message left was the same you have received.. Was scary listen to it I'm glad I read these post

Left message on 12-2-14 Ricky Stephens from the Department of Legal Affairs told me to call back because of the legal enforcement being taken on my name....I didn't call back.

same accented caller looking for my son  "We have sent numerous letters to your son"   To which I replied   "Uh, NO   and the treasurey does not call on the phone.  Bye "

Told them they were talking to Mr. Off first name Jack middle initial M which stands for me I told them to jack me off and quit calling me haven't heard back.......

I got a call from Ricky Stevens from the Department of Legal Affairs  saying to call him back before things get messy for me. I was told to have a legal representative call for me in the event I don't call.  I called the local police who said not to respond, and to call the police back if the messages are harassing.

i don't know where to report these scams , as I am getting  these calls a lot lately.

It's a scam !!   They said they were calling about some legal action . that I needed to call the US TREASURY at 415-506-2401 .. .however when I pointed out that was the number they called me from (I have caller ID) and told him he was a scam -- he told me I could be arrested. I said "go ahead" -- and dont call here again - he hung up.

I received a similar fraudulent call. He said (in poor, broken English) he was calling from the U.S. Dept. of Treasury and even gave his ID number...as if that mattered.

Just got the same call from "Ricky"  Said the IRS after me.  I pointed out that the IRS doesn't make phone calls, told him it was a scam and he hung up.

This guy is a complete fraud. IGNORE.

received a phone call from 14155062401 stating that i owed 4700 dollars and needed a criminal attorney because once he hung up i was going to be arrested i told him it was a scam he said owe my god and hung up.

got the message today from Eddie Parker saying to call back  415 506 2415 which showed on the caller id so it looks legit, except for the heavy accent.

Called the number and nothing happens, goes to the "if you are trying to make a call, hang up.."
