Left a message that she was IRS agent Nikki Johnson. I knew it was a scam

Got a voicemail from this number. Same Nikki Johnson. Claiming to be the IRS. Called the number back. 'Officer' Johnson wasn't there but her 'supervisor', Officer Martinez was. He went on to state that I was being charged with 3 'criminal allegations' of tax fraud and tax evasion. Claimed my assets would be frozen and all property confiscated and that I would be arrested and going to jail. Then he wanted to know if I had a lawyer and if not, he could secure one for me!! What a scam!!! I enjoyed listening to him and playing it out. When I began to challenge him on some of the 'facts' he was stating he hung up.

I was at the hospital all day with a nephew who had surgery. I had the same threatening message from Officer Nikki Johnson on my phone. When I called the number, it just rang and rang no one answered. IRS has warned people about these SCAMS before. IRS says they will not call you like that and I know from when I was married before they send something to you in the mail. I am going to contact IRS and my Attorney General Monday and file a complaint.

Same call just hit me... She left a message named Brenda am I called back her supervisor Ray Miller told me the same stuff. I had 3 violations against me from the irs an I owe over$3000, do I have a criminal attorney an when I asked questions he hung up!

just got a phone call from this guy. said he was from the IRS! knew it was a scame right away!!! like same story, they were going to freeze our bank accounts, confiscate our property. our $4,000 fine was going to turn into a $35,000 law suit.
The IRS dose not contact people buy Phone they contatct you through mail!
when I stated to question this person, they became very defencive!
Any one reading this please remember That the IRS will not contact you through a phone call, they wiould contact you by a letter!

I received 4 calls in one day!!!! It was always someone with an Indian accent; when I said I was calling the police, he yelled at me.... Now it goes to a British voicemail. 😆

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

I am so glad you'll have these comments on here wtih the phone number My mom just rececieved a call from the same people she called me crying when she said they called her I asked her what was the phone number and then she told me she gave them her ssn number she already as fraud on her account so I told her to call the IRS right away and let them know she gave them her ssn number.

Received a call and voice mail from this number today. VM is from Nikki Johnson. I called the number back and was connected to "Officer" Jonathan Davis. Similar to what is stated above, Officer Davis stated that I was under investigation and gave a former address of mine. I was asked if I have a lawyer, and that he would secure one for me. When I stated that I wanted to receive the charges in writing at my current address, which he should have on my 2014 tax returns, he hung up. AVOID!! SCAM!!

I received a call today at work. I work at a hosptial and I'm not sure where they got the number. Anyway, I do not owe any taxes. I called the number back after the third call, and they were looking for the dead husband of a former employee who hasn't worked here in 10 years. What a joke!

I got the same call from the same Jose and with the same alligations, this is rediculas, some one has to report these calls to the business bearues !

this is a scam and needs to be reported to the police, it seems it has happend to tons of people from the same number and from the same person/s.

just received call from Nikki Johnson, called back from a different number to have foreigner answer. i said i had the wrong number and hung up.

Received the same phone call/voice mail from Nikki Johnson.  Looked up this number because I knew the message didn't sounded like a straight up scam. So glad I had looked the number up. Thanks for all the warnings!

Just received an automated call a few minutes ago from this number but figured if it was the IRS they would send me a letter. The call stated it's important that I not ignore the call and contact them asap. Next course of action for me was to look the number up. I've just blocked it. Thanks everyone for sharing your experience.

Nikki Johnson is a robot!

Caller was robo call stating she was IRS Officer Nikki Johnson and I needed to call her immediately or have my attorney call her ASAP.   These people are a bunch of losers!

Just received a call from Officer Nikki JOhnson , ID # 7405989 , phone number 415-506-7764.. Said I was being charged with Tax Evasion and the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and then asked if I had a Criminal Attorney and I said Yes and he didn't like that .. I called back the number to see what would happen and the same loser got on the line and asked How old I am and proceded to tell me to get under his table and suck his 6inch (lmao ) d*&^ .. Bunch of D'bags that have no life. Hopefully nobody falls for this scam.

She called me said I owed three thousand dollars from 2007 and that I would be going to jail for fraud and they would take my property. They asked could I pay any today I said no cause IRS don't call they mail u letters and I told them mail me the papers so I could take them to IRS in Knoxville [***] hung up then lol IRS don't call

This is a scam.
