Novato CA - Recording states I need to call back and not to disregard - call back before legal action is taken.  Sounds like a recording and not a real person.  Very suspicious.

got a text message from 415-506-1324 saying that I was approved for up to $5000 and call this number. They keep texting me and calling me and I have not responded. I tried calling from a landline and it said google subscriber is not available.

I received a voicemail. And it was about the government, before legal action is taken and it was a recording machine talking. Does that sound like a fake
