illegal cold call - recorded message trying to hok business services

Called my work number 4 times in a row! I couldn't pick up so I guess that they thought that repeatedly hitting the redial button would be an effective manner in which to reach someone. Called the number back and the recorded greeting said "thanks for calling us back" but did not identify the company name and that the call was to introduce 'their' services that might be of interest - I presented with several options to choose from: Payroll Service Quote, Group Health, 401K, save money on bus administration fees, selling a home, weatherizing a home, interested in going solar...  blah, blah, blah…  This caller is a one stop shop of annoying BS sales call pitching a variety of unwanted services.

Office line received phone call but caller did not leave a voicemail.
