Another turd annoyance call...

robo call..."Hi this is Diane..."  call offering carpet cleaning. I am also on the DNC list.  it doesn't seem to be working because I get these kinds of calls all the time.

This was a auto robocall and left no message.  Called them back. The number has an answering system telling you to give them your cell number so they will not call you again.  Never do that because now they know a "good" number - they will call you back more or sell your number to other marketing companies...  Just make a complaint to the National Do Not Call Registry.  It will take action if more people complaint against them.

415 612-9754 is an automated call for carpet cleaning.

Answered, line was open and after about 10 seconds got disconnected.

Just answered a call to silence.  Called them back and there was some sort of auto removal message.

I'm on the DNC and they have just been added to my blocked caller list.

Called and left no message. Comes up as "Local" on caller ID.

received a call automated message from this number, for carpet cleaning. I don't even have carpet!

I waited until a live person came on to make an appointment, when I asked how they received my number they hung up.

We get repeated calls every morning around 10:20
I never pick up.   No message is ever left

This carpet cleaning company has called my cell several times even though I am on DNC list.  I listened to the telemarketing call which asks you to press #1 to set an appt. When I pressed one, someone answers but as soon as I I asked who the caller was, they hung up on me.  So, they know they are violating DNC laws.
Next time I think I'll ask to set an appt to see if I can get more information.  Maybe I'll even set an appt for them to come out and clean my carpets at a wrong address. hehehe

rec'd a phone call from this Number 41-612-9754, did not not pick up but they did not leave voice mail. I blocked this number and added to rejected call list

Have gotten a billion calls from this number about carpet cleaning. Once I even waited for a person to answer and they said hello and hung up.  NOW, this same recorded message is coming from a new number 419-208-7987.  I, too, am on the DNC list.  What gives with this?

The DNC is a law that will be broken by criminals and illegal callers.  Only honest business's will abide by it.  Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.
