Just called me... Anyone know who the caller is or what they want? I did not answer and they did not leave a message but I really want to know who it is and why they are calling me.

Just called me also one my work cell number.  Its from Marin County CA, I was just there so I thought it might be legit. Appears to be simply junk calls.

calls does not leave message and is very annoying it is a phone used as an emergancy contact for my childern

Wow, I didn't expect find that other people have been phoned by this number.  I just got the call, but did not answer.

Getting calls in Alberta as well on my cell. It's great that my cell phone number can be retrieved by a company in California!!

I'm a Telus customer from Alberta, this number had called me yesterday! Has anyone answered a call from these guys?

Just got a call on my cell, I picked up said hello expecting it to be a telemarketer.  Said hello again and then the call was disconnected.  I called the number from my work phone and it said the number couldn't be completed as dialed.  I am from Vancouver, BC, Telus customer.

Call from this number, I answered and it disconnected.  Likely some telemarketer or maybe an auto-dialler testing to see if numbers are active.

Further research reveals this is a time-share scam company in California offering bogus time shares in Cancun Mexico.  Internet is full of complaints about them taking money for deposits and not refunding or honoring their contract.  SCAM ALERT!

I've been called twice now, both times mid day. Didn't answer because I don't take calls that aren't work related while I'm working. I'm on Fido, I have no idea how they got my number.

This number called me about an hour ago but my phone was on silent so I didn't hear it.  After reading what people have found out about this number, I'm glad I didn't hear it!  I'm a Telus customer in Vancouver.  I wish I knew how these people (and others like them) got my number.

Got this call too - are any of you on the national do not call registry? I think they may be harvesting it for numbers to call - and since they are in the US don't really care about Canadian penalties

I keep on getting calls from these idiots, and credit companies, on my Rogers cell. The only company I ever gave out my cell to is a scam computer parts outfit in California called Brilliant Store: ordered a replacement laptop battery; they sent a used and faulty battery and then tried not to reimburse my money after I sent it back to them at my cost. Evidently Brilliant store sold my details to other scam companies. I'm curious, has anyone else had dealings with Brilliant Store, then started receiving these calls?

number showed up on my cell phone.  no idea who it could be.  no message left.

I got the call yesterday on my Alberta (780) cell phone. I use Bell. I did not answer; they left no message.

I am also with telus in Ontario and just saw a missed call from this number. I never answer numbers I don't know and just for this reason. I also would like to know where these types of companies get the numbers because I also had a call from another number sometime also traced to California

i don't know who it is that keeps calling . I won't answer it but it is frustrating that they only call on your cell phone , I got the cell thinking that I would get away from this junk , I guess I was wrong. I guess my question is how do you get rid of it. They who ever they are , are persistant. I don't answer because I don't knowingly deal with anyone in the states.

just got a call from this number. I am in northern alberta (780) and it was a recording starting with "congratulations your number has been selected...." so I just hung up. I am with Rogers and it bothers me that they have been giving my number out. I am not on the do not call list.

Got this call with "Congratulations...", hung up.
