I got a call from 415-825-6626 on 11/08 at 3.04 PM.  I got another call today from the same number.  CONGRESS is to blame for this.  They ALLOW direct marketing which in turn causes us relentless unwanted calls from telemarketers, etc.  And, it is perfectly legal for them to call us because they pay for the list that are permitted by Congress.  I would like to see Congress thrown out of office because of these calls and for many other reasons as well. It won't likely do any good to call your state attorney or anyone else.  If we called Congress relentlessly, that might help.  But, what would help more is to throw them out.  We had a good chance to do that on November 2 but it wasn't done.  Congress has nothing to worry about.   Once in office, American voters seem to keep putting them back in until they quit, retire or die.

I just called the number back.  Did not get anyone.  However, I did get a recorder.  I left a message.  Told them I had filed a report and that I wish Congress would put them out of business.  I ended my recorded message by telling them to go to Hadees and quit calling me.   It won't do any good though.  I wish Congress would also go to Hadees with them!  They would be good bedfellows, I think.  I have filed reports on them before and they still call.   I will not vote for ANY person in WASHINGTON, D. C.  My representatives are Richard Shelby, Jeff Sessions and Martha Roby.  I won't vote for any of them!!!

I just wish Comcast let you block more than 12 numbers...I would just keep adding and adding and adding...It is a never ending battle.

I have gotten several calls from 415-825-6626.  I have asked them to stop calling.  They don't.  I have reported them here.  They keep calling.  Now, the real culprits are our congressional leaders.  They allow "direct marketing" and companies, and I assume individuals, are allowed to buy lists containing our information.  Then, we get endless and unwanted solicitations by email, regular mail and phone.  We can vote Congress out and we should, but we don't.  I have thought of one other thing.  After they called back yesterday and after I posted here, I then called the office of California State Senator Mark Leno.  His number is 415-557-1300.  I explained to the lady who answered the phone of the repeated and unwanted calls from their district.  I told her the offending number (415-825-6626) and asked her to shut them down if posible and/or to call them and ask them to not call me anymore.  She was very nice and took the number down.  I expained to her that even though I am not in her district, the problem is originating within her district.  She seemed eager to help.  Maybe this will get the attention of the card services scam people.  Maybe all who get a call from Card Services should call the office of Senator Mark Leno.  Again, his number is 415-557-1300.

Today I pressed the number to actually talk to an agent for these jokers
he asked me his questions... I said I have mastercard (mastercard begins with a "5")
then he wanted  me to "verify"  my full credit card number

The automated call from "Card Services". about 2nd last change to lower credit card interest rate.  I pressed "2" to talk to an operator.  After his spiel, he pressed me to give my full credit card number.  I did not give it to him.  I had told him my card was a Mastercard.  When he asked me to "verify" my full credit card number, he gave me the 1st number: "5", the prefix used by Mastercard.

Just called me, no message.  Same scam, different number.

These jackwagons called me just a few minutes ago. I did push 1, and the call dropped.

Who are these freaks & why are they calling me.  There needs to be a stop put to these people.  You can't even sit down to eat without some idiot calling you.

It DOESN'T matter what the laws are or how severe the legal penalties are - THESE PEOPLE ARE ALL CROOKS! Crooks are trying to steal from you and don't care what the laws are and will always ignore the laws.
They are not at all affiliated with a legal business and never have been.
They do not buy or use any phone list, they use devices to do robo calls (an automated caller that calls EVERY number in sequence), and when someone presses 1 the call is then connected to their phone bank where someone will attempt to get you to give them your credit card info.

All you can do until they find a way to track down these people or block their robo call scams is to hang up the phone and NEVER talk to them. The phone number they display is worthless and meaningless, it's just displayed by the robo call device and they change it frequently.

I would like for this number 415-825-6626 to stop harrassing me and my 80 year old mother who has Alzheimer's.  How do I have them to stop calling both our home numbers?
