called three days in a row, at the same time...dial tone, no one speaks...

The factory warranty on your vehicle is expiring..  right....

Unwanted calls to cell phone costing money...customer should have all associated phone numbers under their name suspended. This should be considered theft as I did not authorize them to call my cell.

called from a similar number a few days ago. I don't pick up, and they don't leave a message

416 000 3196 called a private cell number and told me my warranty is about to expire i said 1 how did you get my number they told me from variouse sourses 2i told her  i dont own a car how is it my warranty is going to expire however i know exactly where you are and im on my way with the police to charge you with thef of my phone number she said i will place your number on the do not call list and hung up i believe her name was holy note they have called 10 times .

416-000-3196 called my cellphone number just now (2:52 pm EST on February 19, 2008). I did not pick up. Whitepages.com yields nothing on this number. Telemarketer calls on my homephone is one thing, but on my cell?

called my cell and did not leave message, white/yellow pages no results for that number

Called my house and my cell - around the same time - my cell and house phone have different area codes (705 and 613)

Hello All, these calls started for me immediately after applying for Home Insurance through RBC. For years, I've had my cell number and NEVER EVER received any calls like this or any telemarketers soliciting me. My suggestion is if you recently applied or acquired Home/Auto or whatever insurance, and this started, then, they are the culprit!!! I'm going to call RBC Insurance (www.rbcinsurance.com) later this week to CHEW THEM OUT!

I don't think you can blame RBC.  I am getting these calls, too, and I had no dealings with any insurance companies whatsoever ... er, except rental car insurance a few times...  I get calls from all sorts of area codes, all seem to be insurance scams when I google the numbers.  never had a single cell phone spam call before 2009!

They called BOTH my cell phones which have different numbers! Obviously Rogers (my service provider) is "selling" cell #s to these annoying telemarketers.One left a message about expiring car warranty.The other call didn't leave a message.Both phone's call display showed 416 000-3196.

I've gotten this call too, but I don't think you can blame your provider. With so many people getting this call they're probably just dialing at random........

Got a call from 416-000-3196 yesterday at around noon.  Did not answer, as supicious of 000 as part of the number.  No message was left.

Received calls from 416-000-8812, 416-000-3196, and 916-209-4598. Never answered them ( have call display on my cell ) but there has to be a way to stop this from happening. Wonder if the police agencies have a task force in place to deal with this kind of harassment.

Got many calls from 1-416-000-3179 and 1-416-000-7954 on my cell phone that I never gave the number to anyone.
My cell is pay per use and I only use it for family calls. I've had the number for 5 years and these are the first calls from someone other than my family.
I'm thinking of answering and telling them I will track them down and blow them up, that way they can send the police to my house and I'll be able to find out who they are and really track them down and blow them up.
