The last call I had with 416-291-3756 was on May 16/08. Guess again!! at 1.40pm another call and no message left.

I have been getting a call from this number, once every two weeks some a message left and sometimes not.Asking for a person I have never heard of. But apart from that, according to others who have submitted this caller from Ontario a collection agency. I used to work for a collection agency some five years ago, an employee has to lie, cheat say anything to keep his/ her job for an $8.00 an hour and if so lucky to receive a commission on that sale. THE END. So never pick up the phone you know who it is. Get a caller ID.

I got alot of calls from this agency normally "Unknown Caller" calls or "Anonymous", thats until I used Anonymous caller Rejection from my phone company (rogers) based in Canada. They started using this Fax Number: 416-291-3756 to call, it was the same ladie who did not want to identify herself. I got a call from her, she was looking for someone with the same lastname as mine. I told her i know shes from a collection agency and I would like to know whos calling she replied as "a ladie in the phone" I said okay where are you she said "in toronto" and then she hung up.

The best way to deal with these guys is try to start a conversation with them ask them who they are what they do how long they have been doing this, who are they looking for and tell them you dont know that person but ask why are they looking for she/him.
Eventally they will get pissed off and hang UP on YOU! & you will not get a callback in a long long time. When they do call back Call this number

1-877-221-2285  & press 0 and tell them you keep getting "trace" phone calls for a person who dont know, they will ask for your phone number and their systems will have the log on your number, tell them the name of the subject and tell them to make a note in the subjects files that YOUR telephone number has no relation to him/her. & the calls stop.

I haven't got a call since.

It makes your complaint stronger if you follow the above. When they keep calling you after you called them, then you may have material evidence and steps to take further action and get the phone carrier to have their line disconnected for violations of terms of use. (Harrassing)

I get this call, when I'm at work at the time how ever calls. No messages? Funny, maybe one of many girl friends back East.If so. I just hope my Sherlie or Mary, Anna Belle won't pick up the phone when I'm not at home!!

This number 416-291-3756 has been calling my company cell phones several times a day.

I am getting frequent calls for an individual who doesn't live here, has never lived here, and I have never met.  The lady calling seems to think I am lieing to her, and has outright accused me of hiding this person.  

She has now taken to threatening me with even more frequent calling.  Unreal how these people operate.

in one week, they have called 4  times asking for somebody who is not living here. they dont want to give us any information.

Nordon Collection Network is a collection company. Your daughter probably went delinquent on a loan of some kind and they're just calling to make arrangements for payment. Collectors can be very rude, as I have been one myself! (not something I am proud of) I have been dealing with Nordon recently myself. TD Canada Trust uses them as a 3rd party collection agency. This number, as far as I am concerned, is legit. Although it does seem weird that other people seem to be getting prank caller information from this number.

This number is from "Nordon Collection Agency". This is (obviously) a collection company. Collectors can be extremely rude, but they are only doing their job. I have been a collector in the past, so I know from experience. If the person they're looking for is not at that number, just tell them, and they should leave you alone. Sometimes people lie to collectors even if they have the right number, so they may very well call back, in hopes of catching people in that lie. (not everyone on this planet is honest) As far as I can tell, this number is legit, but if the collectors get really pushy and rude, just get pushy and rude right back. Sometimes that's what it takes to get it into their head that they have the wrong phone number.

This call came stating it was from YAK communications.  This is obviously a call centre in India.  The man on the other end said that the do not call list had not been renewed since they updated there records and my number was not on the new list!

The number 1-416-291-3756 called my house and asked to speak with me but only said my first name. She wanted me to give her my last name. I said I will but can you please tell me who you are and what this is concerning. She said I am from Coldron???? I asked again if she could tell me what kind of company that is and she very rudely said I will once you give me your last name. Well I was not going to do that and told her so at which time she started to yell at me and I decided to hang up the phone. When I called the number back it was a fax machine.

Nor-Don Collections agency on behalf of TD Green VISA. I think TD uses them for small amounts mainly. So pay them and they will go away.

Call the CRTC and launch a complaint. This company is rude, and does not follow the guidelines set out for collection agencies by the CRTC.

Call frequently, no one is on the line, and nothing is ever left in a message.

Those who found these people to be the collectors from hell are absolutely correct.  They are very rude, hide behind the Privacy Act, and don't want to listen.  They are Nor-Don Collection Network (NCN).  To my surprise they have such outstanding clients as CIBC.

You can send back a remark, on their web page.  BUT, be careful.  Enter "nordon" for a search.  Personally, I did not venture any further than their Home page.

Even after arrangement for payment, random agents keep calling back weekly and never leave a message
