I answered a call from this number but there was no response while the line remained opened.

i have no idea who 4164399148 is     however what if the only
purpose is to make you go online to find a search finder and pay them
$15-$2o to tell you who the caller is   GRREAT IDEA as pt barnum said
there is a sucker born every minute and after all its only$15-$20

They call asking for a Mr or Mrs Kemp. I tell them Kemp don't live here you must have a wrong number.
OK - so now they have me on call display and after a few minutes they phone again and ask for me.

Obama - How about a tax of say 5 cents on all phone calls. That should put these Pests out of business.

The exact same thing happened to me!  No response when I picked-up the phone...just dead air.

called back the number and it was busy. i tried calling late at nights and this number is always busy. i answered the call at one point and the person said hello, good afternoon and hung up. it was the voice of a woman. this person has called my number several times. something needs to be done about these calls.

same with me ..got a callfrom 416-439-9148 ..
