Anyone knows this number?

I called this number back from another phone. Their telephone message suggests that they are a company called Vision Critical, and that someone is using 416-640-3989 as a front to make telemarketing calls for MBNA bank.

Just got a call from them. It was MBNA bank. they weren't trying to sell anything but offered me $10 to complete a 25 minute survey. I didn't complete the survey thinking it might be a scam. I recently yelled at a representative from MBNA for calling me repeatedly so I figured this might be a survey on why I no longer want to receive phone calls from them. the person spoke clear english and sounded like he was from north america which is odd for MBNA.

If I get another call I might proceed with the survey until they try and get my card number because I wouldn't mind $10.

Just got off the phone with them. I completed the survey and they are sending me a $10 check. they didn't ask for my card number at all. I would definitely answer this phone call.

I have been receiving calls daily from this number, the caller listens and giggles.

I've recieved multiple calls from this number in the last week.
