Fraud. Called at 10:40pm. A Chinese woman targeting Chinese population for cable TV

Was asked if I speak mandarin, I said what and then she hung up

Chinese caller keeps calling asking for someone to speak in Mandarin. She is the epitome of consistent. Don't ever respond in Mandarin.

Chinese woman speaking English and Mandarin called my home at 10pm on weeknight after the entire family has gone to bed. Call display is Henry m. Although I understand both of the languages, I couldn't get what she said exactly. She hanged up after l asked "what?" Worse than ordinary scammers as she calls at so late at night.

Called at nighttime on Christmas Day and insisted on speaking Mandarin. Suspecting a potential scam.
