Asked to talk to Pierre. Had dificulty pronouncing the French name of my husband. I said that he wasn't here and she hung up. Suspicious. We don't know anyone in Ontario.

Marketing call from one of those VISA machine suppliers for small businesses.

Stupid moron called at 6 o’clock in the morning BC time…!!!

Our business phone received a call from this number.  I answered phone, and instead of a caller, the phone rang as if I was calling someone.  The male who answered asked if they could speak to whoever deals with merchant accounts.  I hung up.

Stupid [***] call all the time for merchant sales.  Repeatedly have told them to [***] off and take me off their list.  Have also blocked numbers but they continue to change - soooo frustrating

Picked the phone thinking it is a legit GTA number but nobody answered. I tried calling back and number goes to an answering machine with no name to it. Judging by the comments, other people received call too so must be some dumb.ss trying to scam people. I just wonder when these imbeciles will give up?

asked for me personally, could hear "boiler room" in background.  Then asked for person in charge of merchant accounts. I told him I was not remotely interested and to remove my number from their list, had to ask this twice, then they hung up

We have a 2 line business.  Both lines ring from this number and "Jackie" is abrupt with me for trying to answer the other line....which is Kimberly who tells me "I should be a little nicer".  Stop these scammers!!!!!!!

Just received a call from this number at work. I answered and waiting for a few seconds to see if anyone would answer. I didn't hear anything on the other end so I just hung up.

They called our office line. When I answered, the phone rang and a woman asked to speak to the owner. Sounds like they are fishing for business. I ended the call immediately.

received call from this number. When i picked up the phone it began ringing as if i had called. Person named charles barr on the line claimed to be from inkas payments located in toronto pushing merchant services.
asked if someone can call back at a later date to explain their merchant services program. Seems fishy why call if you cant even explain the merchant program. I am aware of INKAS which is a reputable company that provides armoured vehicles, Limousines and Armoured courier services but i highly doubt the caller i spoke with is part of inkas. I think its a scam. Caller advised me that he got our information from a merchant services data base which is available to all providers of payment processing companies.
