Pretending to be from Health Dept. trying to get our staffs' cell no. After I asked back, he said his name was Channont (sound like Indian name!!! Nice try!) and he gave me his phone number , other phone numbers...(but it was fake, I know!)...

I tried calling back but these person is soo annoying
and would not pick up.
either way I am going to maybe report it to the police.

This guy trolls Craigslist and harasses posters from the Therapeutic section.

He works at George Brown College as he has repeatedely called from the colleges main number (416)415-1500.He phoned my number 27x one day - claims his name is Paul.If he continues to harass my colleagues and I we are going to contact his employer.

If the (416)861-9381 number is a landline perhaps a call to the police would solve the problem.

The numbers (416)861-9381 & (416)751-4382 are being used by the same person to continuously harrass unsuspecting individuals.

The first thing you need to do is STOP answering calls originating from these numbers - he is looking for attention,don't give him any.If the calls continue,this includes 'private callers' as well,call Bell Canada (416)310-BELL (2355) explain the situation to them including how many times he has called your number.If the numbers are not theirs they can tell you which phone company is using these numbers - e.g;Rogers,Primus etc.

It is a good idea to keep a call log of every call he makes to your number - keep a pad of paper by the phone and write the time of the calls e.g;3:02pm,3:05pm,3:07pm etc etc.

The phone company may advise you to contact the police - PHONE HARRASSMENT IS ILLEGAL!

getting calls from this number all the time with 011234803590143 number in the call display box. This has to stop, the do-not-call list doesn't work just made things worse!

Nik,the number you have typed makes absolutely no sense.011 is the prefix for international calls,234 is the country code for Nigeria and 803 is an area code but 590143 is NOT a telephone number- all Nigerian telephone numbers have 7 digits same as Canada.

(416) 861-9381 is a Toronto number registered to a well known toronto college *lol* It is being used by a cleaner who works at the college and he is being watched ;)

I have spoken with his employers and made them aware of his actions.I have also spoken with Toronto Police services and if he continues to harrass myself and my colleagues the police will place a trap on our phone lines and 'catch' this idiot.The outcome will be that he will not only be fired from his job - the college wasn't to impressed to hear about this employee.He can also be charged as I reported that he has threatened myself and my colleagues.Govern yourself accordingly a**hole.

It's September 24th, 2010. He's still making these calls apparently. I don't even know where he would get my cell phone #. Just got two consecutive calls from him and other "unknown" numbers and I hope this stops!

i received call from this No. 416-861-9381 IP Fax caller id several times as & when i picked up it sound like fax..

Got Pizza Delivery which we never ordered. Asked call center and they told that the Pizza ordered from this number. They called back and was no response.

I got a call from NODID too... Caller id says NODID but the number was "unknown".

I said hello, and you can hear a bunch of people talking, like in an office environmnet. After I said hello for the second time... a guy says "oh hello ma'am... i'm calling because according to our records, we show you owe $50,000.00 on your mortgage."  He didn't identify himself or even verify who he was speaking with. I hung up immediately and knew it had to be some kind of scam as I don't have a mortgage, and live in an apartment.

Up to January 28, 2011, these two numbers (416)861-9381 & (416)751-4382 are still calling me interchangeably.

Why do this people keep calling me...

I got this phone call at  3:59 am on February 14th and they left a voicemail saying my first name and last name then they mentioned an organization i was once a part of, then they said 'F**k your mother"

Dont know what to do but these people really have no lives.

Received a call, wasn't able to pick but when I called back, it said number is not in service?

Probably a VOIP disguise from overseas call center.

keep on getting calls from this number at work and I consider this harrassment

seems to be an individual person.

I think more than one person can use this number as I have read the information above, I know one person that used this on me just now - Last name ANDUX
