You must know someone important to get a reply from the FCC.
These Telemarketers must have good lobbyist that buy off ALL the elected officials.

I don't think there is any hope at stopping them, you could try blocking them

I am also almost at my limit for blocking with T-Mobile :(
I have gotten to the point I keep my phone turned off until I need it, friends know to leave a message. I check once a day.
Very sad that we have to do this.

Then they refer you to a credit restoration financial institute.....
