417-240-7126

Who is this? I've gotten three calls today from whoever this is. All originating from the 240 prefix.
This is number was the first one
The second one was 417-240-7128
And the third number was 417-240-7122
It's an awfully big coincidence if its not the same person since all three number are only around 2 to 4 numbers apart in the same area code and prefix.

I’ve been receiving calls from the same numbers that you have. It must be spam of some sort.

Could be almost anyone, anywhere in the world.  Since you are asking, I have to assume that you did not answer, nor did they leave a message.
The calls are most likely spoofing the numbers you see and this particular pattern of spoofing is referred to as "Neighbor Spoofing" as it is supposed to give the appearance that someone in your local area, a "neighbor", is calling (there is a good chance your own number is in the 417-240-#### number range).
Rather than worrying about who might be calling, perhaps you should just block the calls and spend your time thinking about better things.  Both iPhone and Android "smart" phones have settings to block callers (phone does not ring, call goes to voicemail) not in your contact list.  On older "dumb" phones you can assign a silent ringtone as a default and assign specific ringtones to your contacts.  The phone will still "ring" for these numbers, but you will not hear it and it will rollover to voicemail when you do not answer.  For landlines, there are call blocking devices that will block numbers based on the first few digits, so they could block any 412-240-#### caller.  Some will block the initial ring of a call before the Caller ID information comes in and/or whitelist numbers you want to get through.
