There is a company in Springfield called. Gallagher and Dupree llc. A man named  Ted Jones and another an named Mitchell Green from 417 449 4184  they are calling my home and harassing me and my wife about a bail bond that we signed for our son. 8 yrs ago..  The bond agent said we didn't have to pay the balance because our sons case was dropped by the courts...  These young black guys keep harassing us telling us they are going to take our property..  We have filed complaints with the Missouri Attorney Generals. Office.. But they continue to call us and threatened members of our household...we have hired an attorney and we have been recording there threatening messages for the courts..  We intend to shut this office down as quickly as possible !      Don't take there threats...  Call s attorney as soon as they start calling you !

All of these blogs are fake and fabricated by the same person! A disgruntled former employee. If this was really the way Gallagher & Dupree did business, we could not maintain a grade A rating with the Better Business Bureau or remain in business. The government has agencies in place such as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to protect the rights of the consumer and to make sure collection agencies are following the fair debt collection practice act.
Gallagher & Dupree LLC has been in business for 5 years and never had any negative posts about our collection agency. Now all of a sudden as of NOV 19 2014 to Dec 9th we have four false post for debtors to review. It's very unfortunate that anybody can make up a fake name and lie on the internet to damage a companies reputation. Furthermore, all debts placed for collections here at Gallagher & Dupree are valid and within the statute of limitations. We don't  make threats or harass anyone. We give all debtors the opportunity to pay their debts voluntarily prior to making a recommendation for suit to our clients so they can exercise their rights to recover money that is truly owed to them, which costs the debtor more money in the long run. In closing, if you are smart you will realize that the post made about Ted Jones and Mitch Greene where made on the same day Nov 19 2014 and again on Nov 22nd buy the same person that is sitting on his couch with nothing to do besides make up tall tales. SAD SAD SAD...

I don't know who you are or what you're talking about the facts that I stated in my blog are true and correct and I can prove it    I don't know why you would want to minimize the role of this organization for the way they handle their business and I don't know anything about any disgruntled employees.

My Post is to Steve G   I am a local attorney who follows this forum daily.  Not a memeber, just a watcher..and for good reason !  This collection agency has been on our Radar for a while now, there are many attorneys that are aware of there tatics. I have read all these post, and this is my advice...  Even though alot of what you have said is factual, it does you no good to post out your anger on this site.  Its obvious this company has wronged you and  you are aware of there very questionable collections techniques. There are 7 law suites that have been filed on G&D  and all of them have been settled by G&D  that says it all right there.. They buy there way out of there violations...  With that being said,  I am sending you my contact information to your email address that you posted.  We can defiinetly help each other..  Also be aware that some of the responces you have received are probably from the actual employess of the agency you are targeting.
