I just received a phone call from these guys today, the way the collect is completely unprofessional and does not surprise me they have had 7 law suits. I have already been trying to contact attorneys my self. If you are an attorney I would love to talk to you about a possible suit against them.

Please use proper grammar. I know that sounds petty, but if you are an atty, then you should know the difference between there and their.

A collection agency is suppose to harass you to pay, the only reason they would call you is because the bondsman had to of turned your uncollected file into their company. No bondsman will tell you to NOT pay the balance because a case was dropped. That's not how they do business or make their money.

First, you're replying to a 3-year old post and DouglasP is never going to see your comment. Second, it's "had to HAVE" not "had to OF" and third, try reading the original post again. He said they were told they don't owe the bond because the case was dropped.
